1. The Tweet and Eat promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 and over only (under 16's require parental consent to enter), and excludes employees and their immediate family members of innocent ltd, its (secret) agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion. 2. The first period of the Tweet and Eat Promotion will begin on Thursday 15th September, and will end on Friday 21st October. The second period of the Promotion will begin on Monday 14th November and end on Monday 19th December.
3. To enter, you must have access to the internet and then do the following:
   1. Either visit www.innocentdrinks.co.uk/tweetandeat or click the #tweetandeat tab on www.facebook.com/innocent.drinks.
   2. To take part in the Tweet and Eat promotion, you need to tweet a message containing the #tweetandeat, #vegpot or #vegpots hash tag from the Tweet & Eat site or from Twitter. You can also take part by sharing the Tweet & Eat promotion with friends to maximise the number of tweets received.
   3. Tweet & Eat relies entirely on the number of tweets submitted throughout the duration of the Promotion. The more tweets submitted during the Promotion period, the bigger the final discount off one of our veg pots.
   4. You can claim your discount e-coupon at any time during the Promotion by printing either from the Tweet & Eat page on our website (www.innocentdrinks.co.uk/tweetandeat) or click the #tweetandeat tab on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/innocent.drinks).
   5. Coupons can be printed directly from either site using the print system provided by Couponstar.
   6. If the discount level reaches 'Free' at any stage during the Promotion, coupons will be distributed to the first people to claim them using the Couponstar print tool. Once all higher value coupons have been distributed, the Promotion will switch back to the 50p-off coupons to allow all participants the chance to download a coupon. There are a limited number of coupons for each discount level.
   7. Coupons can then be redeemed for the face value as full or part payment on one innocent veg pot at all participating stockists. For a full list, please have a look at our FAQs.
   8. To be eligible to enter the Tweet and Eat Promotion, you must be a resident of the UK.
   9. No purchase necessary to enter. Woo hoo.
4. The Tweet and Eat promotion will take place in two consecutive periods. Each period will be separate and neither will be affected by the other. All tweet submissions and coupon prints will only affect the current Promotion period. No tweets or printing of coupons from the initial period will count during the next Promotion period.
5. There will be a maximum of 80,500 unique coupons available during both Promotion periods.
6. As part of this promotion, participants can tweet as many times as they want in a 24 hour period (subject to Twitter terms of use).
7. 1. Participants may print a maximum of two coupons from each discount rate during each Promotion period. If it becomes apparent that you are using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, your entries will be disqualified and any coupon or prize award will be void. And we'll definitely tell your mum.
   2. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, any other innocent product and certainly not that new kaftan you've had your eye on.
   3. Coupons cannot be photocopied, sold, transferred or auctioned (to be honest, we doubt you'd get much).
   4. Only one coupon may be used as part or full payment per transaction against one of any of the innocent veg pot recipes.
   5. All coupons associated with this Promotion are subjective to availability.
8. 1. Our decision regarding all Promotional matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   2. We reserve the right to change certain creative or functional aspects of the Promotion as we deem fit in the event of said aspects causing unforeseen difficulties for the Promotion.
9. We reserve the right to refuse fulfilment of the coupon if there is any suspicion of fraud, non-adherence to or general flouting of these terms and conditions. There is no alternative offered in whole or part to the stated prizes. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in appropriate circumstances. All prizes are subject to availability.
10. We reserve the right at sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by us as the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions or to be acting in any manner deemed by us to be disruptive. We're watching. We're always watching.
11. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that you may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image and statements made by the entrants concerning the Promotion.
12. We promise that we will never, ever pass your details on to anyone else. Your information will only ever be used to send you what you ask us to send you. If you would like to leave the innocent family, use the unsubscribe button when you next receive an email from us and we'll darken your door/inbox no more.
13. We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. If it's not working, take a walk down the park, watch the squirrels for a bit and then hopefully by the time you get back, the internet will have started working again.
14. For a list of winners' names and counties, please send an neatly written SAE to innocent Ltd, Fruit Towers, Canal Building, 342 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5BU within 3 months of the Promotion closing date. And very well done for being so thorough in reading the small print very, very carefully.
